The Role

We are an award-winning specialist housing charity based in South London, looking to appoint committed and reliable concierges to join our team, for early/late shifts with occasional nights, and for night shifts only. In this role, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a friendly and professional presence to residents and visitors.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained building.
  • Responding to emergencies following our established procedures.
  • Supporting residents with tenancy issues.
  • Building positive relationships with residents and being responsive to their needs.
  • Using our client management system to maintain accurate records.

We offer:

  • Night shift salary - 30-hour week contract £20,514 per annum and 40-hour week contract £27,352 per annum.
  • Day shift salary - £23,933 per annum.

The Person

  • You have a kind and compassionate nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively is a must.
  • Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft packages, and experience using a client management database.
  • You have a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Experience in social housing or a similar supportive setting (desirable).
