The Role

Do you hold an active Virginia law license, coupled with three to six years of civil litigation experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We’re a paperless law office, utilizing modern technologies (so if the idea of learning new software/ hardware fills you with dread, then this opportunity may not be for you) looking to appoint our next superstar attorney.

The Company

Parks Zeigler, PLLC began in January 2012 as the Law Office of Kellam T. Parks, PLLC. Kellam left a large firm to give him the flexibility to integrate technologies into the practice of law, as well as to represent consumers needing assistance in addressing errors on their credit reports and victims of identity theft. After the firm added some staff and an associate attorney along the way, Brandon Zeigler joined as a co-owner in March, 2015 and the name changed to Parks Zeigler, PLLC. Brandon’s experience and varied practice areas allowed the firm to grow at an increased pace, currently numbering thirteen attorneys and twenty-seven staff as of February 2024.

The Person

  • Active Virginia law license.
  • Between three and six years of civil litigation experience.
  • Proficient in research, writing, and trial advocacy.
  • Familiarity with family law and Tidewater courts is advantageous.
