As an Attorney, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the vital responsibility of providing expert legal counsel and representation to our clients across a spectrum of legal matters. Central to your role will be your proficiency in navigating the intricate legal landscape, offering guidance and support to clients who entrust us with their legal needs.

We have two offices: Albuquerque, NM and Santa Fe, NM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation in family law matters including divorce, legal separations, annulments, paternity, adoptions, guardianships, custody disputes, domestic violence, child and spousal support, and qualified domestic relations orders.
  • Handle estate planning and probate cases.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to legal issues, taking a proactive approach to achieve optimal results for clients.
  • File court documents in a timely manner and pay close attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating compassion and understanding of their individual needs.
  • Utilize strong courtroom advocacy skills to represent clients effectively.
  • Apply real-time computer applications proficiently in legal practice.

The Person

  • Licensed and in good standing in New Mexico.
  • Experienced in Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation, and/or Probate Law.
  • Proficient in courtroom advocacy and client relations.
  • Skilled in real-time computer applications for legal practice.
