The Role

Are you skilled in the intricacies of property management, ready to tackle diverse challenges?  Can you effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As a Property Manager, the successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolios. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of these properties. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with ensuring all properties under your purview comply with the relevant laws and regulations, safeguarding both our company's reputation and the interests of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to address issues promptly.
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee rent collection and financial management of properties.
  • Prepare and negotiate leases and tenancy agreements.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for all managed properties.

The Person

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
