The Role

As a Installation Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our team, involved in every step of our projects. From conducting site surveys and manufacturing sports equipment to installing and ensuring customer satisfaction, your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys, taking detailed notes and measurements.
  • Learn and participate in the manufacturing of sports equipment.
  • Order and organise parts for each project, adhering to company procedures.
  • Perform on-site service and installation work safely and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to clients.
  • Utilise and maintain the company CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers in preparation for projects.
  • Be prepared for early starts and regular travel, including overnight stays from Monday to Friday.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to complete projects.

The Person

  • Strong technical and practical skills, comfortable with power/hand tools.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, efficient, and computer literate.
  • Physically fit for demanding work.
  • Full, clean UK Driving Licence and a valid passport.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally overseas.
  • Background in equipment installation preferred (CSCS, RAMS, IPAF, PASMA).
  • DBS check required (provided by the company if necessary).
