Project Manager- $50,000-$70,000- Baton Rouge, LA

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Pre-Installation:

  • Turnover- Detailed meetings in Procore explaining project scope from Sales Team.
  • Scheduling- Managing GC’s schedule expectations, installation crews, and crew’s workload.
  • Pre-Installation Meeting- Introduction meeting with the General Contractor to review expectations.
  • Installation Turnover- Detailed meeting in Procore explaining project scope to Installation Team.

Installation Phase:

  • Material Management- Staying up to date on material with the Procurement Team.
  • Inspections- Quality control inspections and jobsite conditions inspections within Procore.
  • Progress Billing- Keeping the Corporate Controller up to date on the most recent completion in SOV.
  • Crew Invoicing- Weekly “Pay App” processing for labor completion.
  • Change Order Management- Managing (Miss, Short, OTH, IBC, DCO) change orders.

Closeout Phase:

  • Punch List- Complete on-site punch list needs required by the GC.
  • Attic Stock- Follow the “Commercial Material Return Procedure” and leave requested attic stock on project.
  • Job Closing- Completing closeout documents required by the GC. Cornerstone “Project Review Worksheet”.
  • Retainage Billing- Retainage to be paid after “Substantial Completion”.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Moisture Testing- This includes Calcium Chloride and PH testing.
  • Material Deliveries- In the case that the crew is unable.
  • Claims- Managing pending material and labor deficiencies.
