Registered Veterinary Nurse (Rotational) – £32,445 to £35,020 Dependent on qualifications– Guildford Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take your skills to the next level in a truly advanced clinical environment? About AURA Veterinary AURA Veterinary is a leading centre for excellence in oncology, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and interventional radiology. Every day, the team works with referred cases from across the UK, delivering outstanding care to dogs and cats with complex medical needs. You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art hospital with access to advanced equipment including multiple operating theatres, CT scanning, interventional radiology, and a full in-house laboratory. It’s an environment designed for high-quality care, continuous learning, and clinical progression. The Role As a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN), you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across all areas of the hospital. This is a rotational position, giving you exposure to diagnostics, anaesthesia, theatre, wards, and medical oncology. You’ll work closely with specialists, residents, and a large, supportive nursing team, gaining hands-on experience with complex and rewarding cases. You don’t need previous referral experience – full training and support will be provided through a structured induction tailored to your experience. The role is 40 hours a week, working four 10-hour shifts per week to include weekends, on calls and bank holidays on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities
