Assistant Project Manager – $50,000–$65,000 | Ridgeland, MS

Craft Croswell is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all project phases while working closely with an experienced Project Manager and wider team.

The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role across pre-installation, installation, and project closeout. You’ll help keep projects organized, on track, and running smoothly while developing your skills in coordination, communication, and project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pre-Installation

• Support project handover from Sales to Operations
• Review submittals and ensure materials and project details are accurate
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of crews and timelines
• Help prepare and organize installation kickoff meetings

Installation Phase

• Track materials and coordinate updates with Procurement
• Support jobsite inspections, quality checks, and documentation
• Assist with progress tracking and billing updates
• Help process weekly pay applications for completed work

Project Closeout

• Assist with punch list completion and final project requirements
• Support retainage billing after substantial completion
• Help ensure all project documentation is complete and organized

Additional Support

• Coordinate material deliveries
• Track and report on material and labor-related items
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project needs

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Construction or project coordination experience is a plus
