We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager – Residential to join Cedar House in Spalding. This is a rewarding role within a supportive organisation that values kindness, creativity and courage. At Cedar House, you will lead a respite care service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is not a desk-only management role. As a Registered Manager – Residential, you will remain hands-on, build strong relationships and help shape a safe, positive and welcoming environment for the people we support.
