You'll be responsible for establishing and managing our Irish operations, offering unique tour experiences to clients, and working closely with our Edinburgh team to build a seamless connection across the Irish Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Irish travel operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for clients.
• Collaborate with the Edinburgh team on Ireland-based tours, refining and improving our offerings.
• Build strong relationships with local partners to enhance customer experiences.
• Oversee customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and day-to-day team management.

The Person

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual who knows the Irish tourism landscape. Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years in Irish Tourism, ideally with self-drive, private, or group tour expertise.
• Senior Travel Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills and organisational acumen.
• Passion for Irish tourism and client satisfaction.
