Sales Agent- £23,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

Our goal is to provide simple, transparent, and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.

You’ll predominantly be selling insurance for taxis and motorhomes, building relationships with inbound clients, and handling policy administration from start to finish.

What We Offer:

• Lucrative Earnings: Competitive base salary of £23,000 - £28,000, plus uncapped commission. Earn an average of £300-£500 per month, with no ceiling on your potential.
• Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm schedule, with no weekends or bank holidays.

What You'll Do:

• Selling insurance for a range of insurance products.
• Obtaining quotations from Inbound clients and prospects.
• Administer mid -term adjustments.
• Accurately collect and input client information.
• Accounting Procedures.
• Administer new and renewed policies, including the set-up of additional products.
• Deal with incoming enquires from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
• Complying with FCA and all other regulatory requirements relating to the role.
• Input data onto the office systems.
• Liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of client’s needs.
• Provide technical and administrative support.

What We're Looking For:

• One year of sales experience and one year of telephone-based customer service is preferred but full training will be provided.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
