The Role

Do you possess at least 2 years sales experience? Are you a natural communicator with a proven ability to connect with customers and a drive to succeed? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to our growing team.

You will play a vital role in helping homeowners enhance their properties with our premium Roofing, Windows, Siding, Decking and Outdoor Living solutions. You will meet with potential customers, understand their needs and guide them through the sales process to find the right products for their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer requirements.
• Present tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain communication throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

The Person

• At least two years’ selling experience and/or two years of college; in home sales experience and degree preferable, but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic and discipline.
• Excellent verbal and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to succeed, must be teachable.
