Sponsorship Sales Manager – £35,000.00-£55,000.00 dependent on experience, 5% Commission + Bonus – Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid)

The Role

Are you a skilled sales professional with a proven track record in sponsorship sales? Do you excel at building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and exceeding ambitious targets? If so, we are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team.

Worldwide Partnerships Limited, a dynamic organisation specialising in organising industry-leading conferences and fostering professional communities. Our events focus on driving innovation, collaboration, and inclusion across key sectors, primarily engaging with global companies in the UK, Germany, and the US.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue for our international conferences and corporate memberships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile global brands, develop valuable client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our thriving professional communities.

We are looking for someone to come to our Maidstone office 1-2 times a week but can be flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling sponsorship packages for international conferences and corporate memberships.
• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through warm leads and outbound prospecting.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and account retention.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives across leading global companies.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of sponsorship sales experience, preferably within conferences, memberships, or related industries.
• Is a confident communicator and skilled negotiator, comfortable influencing senior decision-makers.
• Thrives on achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong self-motivated approach.
• Can manage and grow accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Is adaptable and excited to work in a hybrid, flexible environment.
