Sales Manager – $90,000 to $150,000 depending on experience – Spokane, WA

The Role

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in electrical or construction sales? Do you thrive in leading teams to achieve exceptional results?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take the helm of our sales team, driving growth and profitability while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

In this role, you will oversee our sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on role requiring technical sales expertise and the ability to lead by example. You'll play a pivotal role in developing strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Provide practical guidance based on your own sales experience.
  • Manage technical sales related to computer networking, construction, or electrical systems.
  • Negotiate and finalize building contracts, ensuring accuracy in cost and profitability projections.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and clients, offering on-the-ground support.
