We are a leading and full-service fire protection company, looking for an experienced, customer-focused, Sales/PM representative to add to our growing team.

The position is a significant role in marketing, estimating, selling, and managing fire protection sprinkler system installations, for existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact with prospective clients and promote our brand and experience to new and existing customers.  Provide estimates, following up on leads, work with our design team to meet expectations.
  • Evaluate project requirements and provide an effective and efficient outline that meets the specified requirements.
  • Manage the progress of the project by maintaining communications with the team.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with owners, general contractors, and end users.
  • Estimate projects from $100k to multimillion as required by customers.
  • Manage the contract requirements for projects as needed (i.e., change orders, scope issues) and attend job walks and construction meetings as needed.

The Person

  • 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent experience. Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards and local codes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire sales process.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software is a plus.
