The Role

Are you a motivated and dynamic communicator with a knack for connecting with people? Do you have experience in cold calling and a desire to grow your career in business development and investment banking?

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join Evercap Advisors. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders in sourcing proprietary investment and M&A deals, providing unique opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call and email business owners to schedule meetings with Evercap’s Vice Presidents.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with detailed notes and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with Vice Presidents to track the progression of deals.
  • Conduct research to identify companies that fit client investment criteria, verify business owner contact information, and prioritize potential opportunities.
  • Play an integral role in sourcing deals and contribute directly to the firm’s success.
