We're expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and close new business. 

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quota-Carrying* Software Solution Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and closing deals with both small and enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software sales cycles, be highly self-motivated, and be able to effectively use Salesforce to track and manage leads from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities for our software solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead generation campaigns and tools.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or other similar sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize sales opportunities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the software industry and current market trends.
