The Role:
As a Sales & Admissions Advisor, you'll be the face of NIWE Academy—connecting with prospective students, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy. You'll combine consultative sales, digital marketing support, and event coordination to drive enrollment growth and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Lead Admissions Process: Manage inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person consultations—convert prospects into enrolled students
- ✅ Consultative Sales: Understand student goals, recommend programs, and create personalized enrollment pathways
- ✅ CRM Management: Maintain accurate student data, track pipeline activity, and optimize follow-up workflows
- ✅ Marketing Support: Assist with social media campaigns, content creation, and digital outreach initiatives
- ✅ Event Coordination: Support open houses, campus tours, career fairs, and community engagement events
- ✅ Student Experience: Act as the first impression of NIWE Academy—deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
- ✅ Collaboration: Work closely with the Dean, Marketing, and Finance teams to align admissions strategy with institutional goals
- ✅ Brand Ambassador: Represent NIWE Academy's values of empowerment, diversity, and excellence
Requirements:
- ✔ Sales or customer service experience (preferably in education, beauty, wellness, or professional services)
- ✔ Confident communicator: Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- ✔ Goal-oriented: Motivated by targets and measurable success
- ✔ Organized & proactive: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- ✔ Familiarity with the beauty/wellness industry (preferred but not required)
- ✔ Digital savvy: Comfortable with CRMs, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
- ✔ Eligible to work in Canada and available for on-site work (full-time)
