The Role

Craft Croswell is hiring an in-office Residential Interior Design Sales Specialist. You’ll lead high-end flooring and slab projects from initial consultation through to installation, working directly with homeowners, designers, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on flooring and slab options that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Manage projects from inquiry to installation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong client relationships and track project progress

The Person

• You have a background or degree in interior design
• Experience with flooring, slabs, or similar finish materials is a plus
• You know your way around luxury interiors and current trends
• You’re organized, detail-driven, and manage multiple projects with ease
• You enjoy meeting clients in person and helping them feel at home in the showroom
• You communicate clearly and work well with others
