The Role

Trotter & Deane is looking for a Retail Sales Professional to join our Cambridge store. This is a full-time (including weekends), on-site role where you will guide customers through our premium menswear collections, helping them make confident choices and ensuring every visit is memorable.

You will work closely with clients, sometimes for extended periods, providing a level of service that goes beyond the ordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

         ·        Deliver exceptional, personal customer service to each client.

         ·        Build long-term relationships through attention to detail and genuine care.

         ·        Demonstrate expert knowledge of our fabrics, tailoring, and product range.

         ·        Maintain the visual appeal of the store and merchandise displays.

         ·        Manage sales transactions and handle customer enquiries professionally.

         ·        Support the store in achieving its sales objectives.

The Person

         ·        A passion for men’s fashion.

         ·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

         ·        Experience in fashion is a bonus, but not essential.
