The Role

With 15 years of organic growth behind us, we're ready to take our marketing efforts to the next level by establishing a dedicated canvassing team. This is where you come in.

As the Canvassing Team Leader-Manager, you will be instrumental in setting up, leading, and driving our door-to-door marketing initiatives. Your role will involve everything from policy development and team training to actively participating in canvassing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundamental canvassing policies and strategies.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers.
• Lead by example, participating in door-to-door marketing efforts.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards.

• Proven experience in canvassing and team management.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• A valid State of Michigan driver's license, with a clean driving and criminal background.
