The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Support, Sales & Communications Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role involves supporting internal communications, assisting with marketing activities, and providing essential sales support. You'll divide your time across:

• Internal Office Communications & Support – 1 day per week.
• Marketing Assistant – 2 days per week.
• Sales Support Assistant – 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including social media management.
• Create marketing collateral (PDFs, web content, videos).
• Maintain and optimise the CRM Contacts database.
• Support competitor analysis and event organisation.

Communications & Support:

• Manage internal office communications.
• Assist in office management tasks and event planning.
• Support business benefits maintenance with providers, e.g., medical insurance.

Sales Support:

• Help prepare proposals and reports for divisional leads.
• Attend sales meetings and support the sales function.
• Maintain the HubSpot CRM and support legal paperwork for new business onboarding.
• Liase between PMO’s and accounts when oboarding new orders and customers

The Person

We are looking for someone who is:

• Educated to a degree level in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Experienced in supporting digital marketing campaigns and using tools like HubSpot.
• Skilled in office management and internal communications.
• Excellent at time management, prioritisation, and digital marketing tools.
• A creative storyteller with strong interpersonal skills.
