Key Responsibilities:

• Input and format text, images, and other content into existing Adobe Illustrator templates for product labels, sales sheets, and more.
• Review and proofread content for accuracy, ensuring product details, nutritional information, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain consistency with established brand standards and formatting requirements.
• Work with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, and production) to verify accuracy before finalizing files.
• Prepare production-ready files for printing or digital distribution.
• Make minor updates or adjustments to templates, ensuring design integrity is maintained.
• Keep well-organized files and documentation for all projects.

• Has proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Pays exceptional attention to detail and is committed to delivering error-free work.
• Has strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Has experience with graphic design principles and preparing files for print and digital media.
• Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., food or cosmetics) is advantageous.
• Communicates effectively and works well in a team environment.
