Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Maintain and optimise CRM systems like Keap, Go High-Level, or similar platforms, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integrations.
• Data Segmentation & Analysis: Identify trends and behaviours to create effective targeting strategies.
• Campaign Development: Design, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns.
• Automation & Workflows: Set up and manage automated lead nurturing sequences and streamline marketing processes.
• Landing Page Creation: Build and update landing pages for optimal user experience and conversion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to implement streamlined workflows.
• Reporting: Produce detailed marketing reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Compliance: Adhere to data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality standards.

The Person

Essential:

• Proven experience with CRM systems like Keap, Go High-Level, or similar platforms.
• An understanding of CRM customisation, configuration, and administration.
• Expertise in data migration, cleansing, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with personalised marketing and automation platforms.
• Ability to set up automated campaigns, workflows, and drip marketing sequences.
• Strong analytical skills for customer data interpretation and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Project management experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with tools like Zapier and AI-driven marketing strategies.
• SEO and content marketing knowledge.
• Creative skills with Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop).
