In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support the Head of Marketing and Communications with a range of activities across digital, print and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day marketing administration
• Update internal systems including Goldvision with new leads and reports
• Create marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, and graphics
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns alongside the sales team
• Liaise with suppliers and external agencies, including approving invoices
• Keep product and employee photos up to date on digital platforms
• Manage and maintain online customer accounts
• Provide research support and help generate blog content ideas
• Assist in preparing for expos and internal sales hampers

The Person

• A Levels or equivalent qualifications
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English
• Creative eye with attention to clean, smart design
• Comfortable using Excel, working with data and updating systems
• Well-organised, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Curious, forward-thinking, and eager to learn
