Marketing Coordinator – $28-$34p/h depending on experience – US (Remote)

The Role

Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy managing multiple marketing projects? Are you experienced in supporting sales teams with high-quality marketing materials? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis (20-25 hours per week).

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives and supporting our sales team with essential materials. This position involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of marketing materials, including proposals and presentations
• Work with the sales team to plan and coordinate creative assets
• Liaise with the Creative Director and design team to produce engaging marketing content
• Assist with copywriting and editing for marketing and sales materials
• Support media planning and coordinate advertising initiatives
• Organize logistics for conferences and events, including setup and promotional materials
• Maintain and manage shared marketing assets and files
• Use project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and communications
• Participate in team meetings and vendor coordination as required

The Person

• Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or sales support
• Background in a marketing technology company is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com is desirable
• A degree is preferred but not essential
• Preferred location is Virginia
