Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

• Manage social media accounts, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, reporting results to management.

E-commerce Advertising

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms, optimising budgets for best results.
• Track and report campaign costs relative to sales performance.

Website & SEO Management

• Oversee website transactions and user engagement, focusing on increasing conversions.
• Implement SEO strategies and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create and manage content strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Stay updated on social media trends and engage with followers to enhance the brand's presence.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors and freelancers as required.

The Person

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including social media management and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, SEO strategies, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications are required.

Skills:

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with WIX or Shopify and CRMs like Zoho or HubSpot.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
