IT Systems Analyst – £46,356.86 per annum – Stafford (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications team. You'll play a key role in supporting the planning, design, development and operation of our business systems and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, design, and development of business systems.
  • Provide operational support for line of business applications.
  • Perform proactive maintenance and upgrades of systems, hardware and software.
  • Assist in training users to maximise IT benefits across the business.
  • Analyse data to identify and resolve application issues.
  • Lead testing phases during development and implementation.
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in system changes and improvements.
  • Organise and deliver training to end-users for all modified and new systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support for end-users.

The Person

  • Experience with housing sector systems (NEC Housing Management System, Open Accounts, Total Mobile, or Total Connect).
  • Third line application support expertise.
  • Skilled in business systems administration and configuration.
  • Proficient in application upgrades and server maintenance.
  • Experience using SQL Developer/OracleDB.
  • Hands-on T-SQL development skills (stored procedures, triggers, ETL).
  • User-focused with a confident and supportive manner.
  • Ability to work on IT projects to tight deadlines.
