As our IT Manager, you will ensure that all IT equipment and software processes are running smoothly and efficiently, supporting our business operations. You will oversee technology operations, maintain security and compliance, and manage everything from “under-desk” hardware installation to complex software integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of our business to ensure seamless integration and optimum performance of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Leadership: Design and implement our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Cybersecurity: Protect our organization from cyber threats and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Help Desk Support: Provide technical support to our employees and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.

The Person
- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, or other job-related field, plus five years of experience planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and maintaining information technology systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver s license.
- Ability to bend, stoop kneel, and sit for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry servers, workstations and other IT Equipment.
- Ability to climb and work on a ladder to mount equipment and/or run cabling.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, AND Abilities):
- Ability to understand and apply knowledge of network concepts, techniques, and principles.
- Knowledge of computing and networking hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Knowledge and understanding of physical and virtualized networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer systems and equipment problems.
- A+ Certification or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
- Ability to interact tactfully and courteously with outside vendors and to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
