Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in QA testing to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Implement and refine QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Tech Support, R&D, and offshore teams to ensure cohesive workflows.
  • Influence testing strategies, including what to test, when to test, and the extent of automation.
  • Coordinate release activities to minimize downtime and risks.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in QA leadership and managing software release projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, BitBucket, and Deskpro.
  • Experience with VM products and automation tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
