We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a fun and collaborative office-warehouse environment. You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues with our connected fitness products, including hardware, software, networking, and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with connected fitness equipment, mobile apps, and software via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Clearly explain technical information to customers of all backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems.
  • Create detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes and user guides.
  • Participate in product testing and provide feedback.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Assist with product preparation for shipping, including testing, packaging, and labeling.

The Person

  • 1 year of experience in technical support.
  • A degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Ring Central a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
