Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, working closely with both customers and internal teams.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and customers.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders, and customers in a clear and timely manner.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into project planning and execution to drive customer satisfaction.

The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers to understand their requirements and drive projects to successful completion.
