Evercap is seeking a talented and results-oriented VP of Sales Operations to lead our target list building initiatives and oversee key aspects of our firm's technology and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage target lists for clients, utilizing paid databases, proprietary AI tools, and our team of researchers.
• Collaborate with clients for target list approval.
• Maintain and improve our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Analyze clients’ sales pipeline performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure all data, pipelines, and folders are consistently organized.
• Lead initiatives to improve the overall sales process.
• Oversee and enhance our firm's technology systems, including CRM, databases, and AI platforms.

The Person

• 2 – 10+ years of experience in operations, systems, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience with software development or implementation (a plus).
• Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs, general software, CRM, and related platforms.
• Strong understanding of general business activities and terminology.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven track record of high work ethic and initiative.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a similar field (preferred).
