The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Developer to build and evolve our cloud-based applications using modern tech like React, TypeScript, MongoDB, and AWS serverless. You’ll take the lead on technical decisions, mentor others, and work closely with product and operations to solve complex, real-world problems.

This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada, with a flexible start between February and March.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure applications using TypeScript and React
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and AWS serverless workflows

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Knows React, TypeScript, and MongoDB inside out
• Has built and operated AWS serverless systems
• Communicates clearly and works well in a remote team
• Enjoys solving tough problems and mentoring others
• Bonus points for AWS certifications, experience with distributed systems, or working in regulated environments.
