We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. Primary focus will be on Wasp Barcode’s hardware offerings. 

Job Description:

• Product Portfolio Management: optimize the assortment of products within our hardware  category, including product selection, development, positioning, and lifecycle management to maximize profitability and meet business goals.
• Market Analysis: analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, sales data, pricing, and competitive landscapes to forecast demand, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure supply chain efficiency to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
• Elements of Email Marketing: Handle promotional and commercial strategies, including marketing activities like campaigns, advertising, and customer outreach. In e-commerce or digital retail contexts, this can extend to email marketing for product promotions, newsletters, or targeted sales drives to boost category performance.
• Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, messaging, pricing, and collateral to ensure market fit and a successful launch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing Go-To-Market plans including activities like product positioning, messaging, pricing, email marketing campaigns, collateral etc.
• Requires market and competitive analysis experience to develop sound business cases.
• Exceptional cross departmental communication skills required.
• Full life cycle product management experience preferred.
• Experience with barcode and RFID technologies preferred.
