We are looking for an IT and Operations Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical IT and operations projects that enhance our company’s infrastructure. This senior-level position requires strong leadership and project management skills, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and budget.
  • Ensure all projects come in on time and on budget.
  • Support deployment of such products as DC automation, middleware, system integrations and upgrades.
  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates operations and technology procedures proposing projects for increased efficiency.
  • Work to back up the VP on certain activities and at certain times as designated by VP and serve as a leader in the department.
  • Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts project needs.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to associates, customers, industry, and community.
  • Support hardware and software technology in all departments by working with department heads and users.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field required.
  • 3+ years operations and IT, and leadership experience.
  • Proficient in EDI, ERP, OMS, and WMS technologies.
  • Familiarity with software such as NetSuite, BlueCherry, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with process automation software such as: Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath.
  • Proficiency with reporting infrastructure such as SQL servers, Qlik, Sisense, tableau, Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and quantitative skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and adjust planning as necessary.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and have the ability to troubleshoot complex errors.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be familiar with enterprise grade ERP systems, EDI applications, BI tools, cross platform integrations, network topology, application layers, etc.
  • Some travel required.
