You'll be instrumental in welcoming new advisors to Level Four Group and setting them up for success. The Advisor Onboarding Manager oversees the department responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding of new advisor recruits and independent advisors.

You'll work closely with HR, Business Development, and Compliance to ensure a smooth transition for both W2 and 1099 advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff in Advisor Onboarding, providing escalation, supervision and guidance.
  • Serve in a project manager type role for onboarding new 1099 advisors/personnel in order to meet the onboarding goals set forth for each department that is joining Level Four.  This requires being able to guide the recruit through the 10 week+ Playbook that outlines the various tasks and conversations that are included in moving their client book of business over to Level Four Financial.
  • Work with Human Resources to assure adequate onboarding of W2 advisors Follow Onboarding procedures to ensure team meets the onboarding goals.
  • Maintain continuous communications with all the departments involved.
  • Ensure timely progress through the Playbook. (1099 advisors & W2 advisors) for each recruit.
  • Proactively escalate issues and serve as a facilitator to continue smooth progression.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to understand process expectations for W2 Advisors/personnel.
  • Provide thought leadership on improving Onboarding experiences and processes
  • Stay abreast on industry trends and standards relating to advisor transitions.
  • Be an ambassador for company culture to onboarding advisors by leading by example to drive onboarding advisors to adopt the company culture.
  • Additional duties as required.

The Person

We are looking for an individual with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Broker/Dealer/RIA industry, preferably with a background in advisor transitions or onboarding.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining high-level interactions across all company levels.
  • Ability to address challenges creatively and effectively under pressure.
  • A proven track record of training and developing team members is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Raymond James systems and project management experience would be advantageous.
