Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring correct coding and entry into accounting software.
• Maintain vendor records and issue payments as required.
• Handle routine monthly payments.
• Respond to vendor queries and investigate account discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory control reports monthly.
• Support general finance administration tasks as needed.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with numbers
• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Can follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Can type at least 30 words per minute.
• Has a high school diploma (a degree in Business or Accounting is a plus).
