Title: Workday Tester Lead (Lead the process not people)

Location: Irvine, CA-Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite per week)

Duration: 12-18 Month Contract

Target Start: ASAP

Pay: $60-70/hr W2

About the Role:

As the recruiting agency of record, client is seeking an experienced Workday Tester Lead (Lead the process not people) to drive testing activities for a global transformation initiative centered around Workday ERP. This program aims to streamline financial processes, enhance data visibility, and enable scalability across the organization. The Test Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall test strategy, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in ERP transformations, preferably with Workday.
• Strong background in test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting within complex, enterprise-wide programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Hands-on experience with integration testing, including Workday and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Familiarity with BAU change management processes.
