Summer Engineering Internship–£12.21 Per Hour– Hereford

The Role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field? Do you want to develop your skills while working on real-world projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

At Visicon, we’re dedicated to nurturing the next generation of engineers. Each year, we offer a 10-week Summer Internship, giving students the chance to work alongside industry experts and get practical experience in engineering and automation.

As a Summer Engineering Intern at Visicon, you will have the chance to learn, grow, and apply your skills in a professional environment. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that will allow you to work both in the lab and out on client sites.

Ready to get started? Apply by the end of March to be considered for our Summer Engineering Internship. Interviews will take place in April.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training: You’ll have access to various courses to develop your engineering skills.
• Shadowing: Work closely with a Visicon engineer, learning the ropes both in our lab and at client manufacturing sites.
• Individual Project: Complete a dedicated R&D project that will challenge your newly acquired skills and give you valuable experience.

Visicon is a UK based company providing integration, support and training in a wide range of Machine Vision and automated control systems. Visicon represents one of the UK's most experienced providers of Cognex based vision solutions.
