  • The structural design and drafting of buildings and other structures. 

  • Consulting with clients. 

  • Some limited construction administration.

What We’re Looking For: 

✔ B.S. in Civil Engineering (or expected graduation by Spring 2025). 
✔ EIT certification (or in progress). 
✔ Construction/field experience – internship, summer work, or hands-on projects. 
✔ Software skills – AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, or RAM Elements a plus. 
✔ Strong work ethic & problem-solving mindset – We love candidates from farming and construction families!
