You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial, industrial, and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC equipment, concepts, and installation techniques.
  • Maintain clear communication with the project manager regarding job progress and any potential issues on site.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Install ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment according to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Test and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

The Person

  • At least two years of previous, hands-on HVAC installation experience.
  • Knowledge of a broad spectrum of HVAC and related equipment, including ductwork systems.
  • Capable of handling heavy workload of projects.
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be 21 or older for company-provided vehicle.
  • Your own, industry-specific hand tools.
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening.
