The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual lathes and mills with precision
• Work from technical drawings and verbal instructions
• Inspect finished components for accuracy
• Maintain machines and tools to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with other machinists and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Support workshop housekeeping and safety standards

The Person

• Advanced manual machining ability- highly skilled position
• Manual Lathe and Manual Mill
• 5 years plus experience preferred
• Attention to detail is a must
• Understand new information at a rapid pace and apply it
• Carefully follow written and/ or verbal instructions from Co- workers/ Supervisors
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Able to lift 40- 50 lbs. regularly
• Welding experience- Mig + Tig is a plus
