Commercial HVAC / R Technician

Pay: $18 - $38 per hour + Benefits

We’re seeking a talented HVAC/R Technician to join our team in Charleston, SC. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems in the supermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring and controls.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Excell Refrigeration of South Carolina, Inc. is in their twentieth sixth year of business as a licensed refrigeration and air conditioning contractor servicing South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. We currently provide maintenance and service contracts to a growing list of customers and provide 24/7 emergency service as well.

While refrigeration service and installation has been our main focus, we realize that our customers have a wide variety of needs. About you:

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician or HVAC installer.
• Candidates must have an EPA certification that is up to date and valid.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service and installation techniques.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• High School degree or equivalent.
