We are looking for a self-motivated business administrator with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations to facilitate and optimize our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Business Administration Apprentice include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to produce correspondence and documents.
  • Maintaining manual and electronic records.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Assistance with invoicing and following up late payments.
  • Maintaining Personnel Records.
  • Assistance with Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger.
  • Sorting incoming post and despatching outgoing post.
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Photocopying and printing documents.
  • Carrying out other office duties as and when required.
