Vmo Solutions is a leading software development company specializing in flight operations and flight planning software for airlines. We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team.

You'll play a key role in supporting various business functions and driving overall office efficiency. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a business degree (or equivalent experience) who thrives in a dynamic environment.

The role is also open to recent graduates (within the last year).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office organization and handle all general administration tasks.
  • Identify and apply for grants and funding programs relevant to our goals.
  • Oversee our intern program, including recruitment, onboarding, and development.
  • Support the sales team with social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Organize logistics for trade shows, including travel and accommodations.
  • Coordinate staff events and team-building activities.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and employee onboarding.
  • Oversee customer invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and update documentation as needed.
  • Order and manage office supplies.

The Person

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with other office management tools.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
