Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll processing.
• Prepare and manage contracts of employment.
• Handle Health & Safety documents and distribution.
• Conduct staff inductions.
• Maintain an expiry diary.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Assist in general office duties and answering the phone.

• Fully conversant in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
