Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Handle a high volume of face to face customers interactions everyday
• Collaborate with others and contribute to reaching company targets including response time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work as part of a team
