Part-Time Assistant Account Administrator – $22.00 - $32.00 per hour + Bonuses – Roslyn Heights, NY

The Role

Are you highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy handling administrative tasks, supporting account management, and providing excellent customer service?

We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Account Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for order processing, collections, preparing sales tax reports, and assisting staff with various account management tasks. You will also play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 4–5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct product research to support client needs
  • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Handle and resolve accounts payable inquiries
  • Prepare sales tax reports and commission reports
  • Assist the team with ongoing projects
  • Make occasional outbound calls
  • Answer phones and perform general clerical duties
  • Order office supplies

Experience Required:

  • Administrative Skills: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
  • Telephone Skills: 5 years (Required)
