Part-Time Assistant Account Administrator – $22.00 - $32.00 per hour + Bonuses – Roslyn Heights, NY

The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Account Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our account management processes.

In this role, you will assist with various administrative and account support tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and has a keen eye for detail.

Days & Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 4–5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting product research to support client needs
  • Handling and resolving accounts payable inquiries
  • Managing collections and following up on outstanding payments
  • Assisting the team with ongoing projects
  • Making occasional outbound calls
  • Answering phones and general clerical duties
  • Ordering office supplies

  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude when working with staff and customers
  • Open to applicants without a college degree

Experience:

  • Administrative Skills: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
